Manage Stress with Shido

You can’t always avoid life’s stressors but you can control how you handle that stress. Shido not only helps you keep tabs on your health progress but also offers practical solutions. Here's a quick guide to using the Shido App to help manage your stress levels effectively:

Nutrition tracking

While a well-balanced diet is key to overall health there are specific elements you can include in your diet to help support your stress levels. Using our health tracker to ensure adequate intake of: B vitamins Magnesium Omega-3 Vitamin D Zinc Fibre

will help to ensure your body is primed to manage your current stress levels. To further support this make sure to keep track of both your sugar and alcohol intake and that they are both kept to a minimum.

Just track your day’s food in the Log Food & Activities section of the app and at the end of the day go to the Nutriscore section and make sure you are hitting your target on the stress-busting nutrients you need.

Meal plan

Not sure exactly what to cook to help soothe your soul? We have a 7-day stress-focused meal plan that will fill your week with the right micro/macro balance of stress-busting nutrients. Go to the Meal Plan section of the app and choose the Stress Meal Plan. Remember, all our meal plans can be tailored to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free. Bon appétit.

The Shido app is here to support you on your movement journey. Head over to the Fitness area and select a workout to get you moving. You can choose from exercise forms such as:
